This big eye little mermaid is looking in a porthole directly at us. She has long brown hair and dark brown eyes. She has a starfish friend in her hair that loves her very much. The art has a surreal lowbrow contemporary feel. The painting is painted directly on the porthole frame and can not be removed from it. There is some texture on the starfish in the original painting. The frame is some kind of hard plastic and there is hanging hardware on the back of the frame. It measures 11"x11" and the painted image area measures approximately 7.75" x 7.75"
