This gothic Latina fairy angel has big brown eyes and purple streaks in her long brown hair. Her name is Estrella, which means star in Spanish, as she burns very brightly. The art has a surreal fantasy lowbrow feel. The image below is a scan of the art before I put it into the frame, the colors are more accurate on my monitor in the scan than in the photograph.

The original painting is 3"x4" acrylic painting on acid free vellum paper in a 6"x6.5" frame. I do not usually offer my paintings framed, but this one was painted specifically for this frame for the Whittier Gallery's Small Works and Miniatures Show. It is also available as a 5"x7" Open Edition giclee print and as a 2.5"x3.5" Limited Edition ACEO giclee print with some cropping. The ACEO edition is limited to 25.
