Cleo could be an angel or she could be a fairy, it depends on what you see in her. She has purple hair and wings and her dress is primarily purple with blue accents. Her big eyes are lilac as are her lips. She is shaded with blue and set against a soft cloud filled sky. She has body art near her shoulders on each side.
